Hi -

I am sorry that I don't know what issue, but I can tell you it was during the summer - probably between june and august. There was a section about summer blockbuster sequels that must be made - and the article was entirely about a big trouble in little china 2. I nearly ran screaming out of the dentist's office! It was only an opinion article, but it made a major magazine. It would be great to see a sequel to the greatest movie ever made!

BUT only if its as good or better than the original, coz sequals have a way of screwing up the name of the former!!!

If someone could get a scan of that article, or find out the issue, that would be a great addition to the site...

You're not looking for a truck - you are looking for a magazine article

If Mr. Carpenter needs capital to get things started, I'd empty my bank account to help fund it! I don't how much he could do with less than a hundred bucks, but I'd be more than willing to give it for the sequel to the best movie ever made!

Damn, too bad you need a subscription to read the article....but now, the timing would be perfect for a sequel - epecially with the popularity of the new martial arts movies coming out -- It'll be kind of a bummer without Victor Wong in it, but if they could round up some of the old cast members, I think the movie would have a lot of potential....especially if they could find a way to get James Hong back into the movie!
