Hey folks,

As you may have seen on the front page of the site, I recently got contacted by actor and martial arts guru James Lew, who is going around promoting his upcoming film, 18 Fingers of Death.

I'm going to be interviewing James via email, so if any of you guys have questions for him, please post them here and I'll try to add them to the question list.

Please try to keep them appropriate! Thanks.

I suppose I don't have any real questions, but I did want to mention that I've always enjoyed seeing him in all the martial arts movies I used to watch back in the 90's. When James Lew appeared, it was usually a special treat- and even though he'd lose the fight in the movie, I bet it'd go the other way in real life!

Love your stuff, Mr. Lew. I'll be on the lookout for your movie. Smile

Who was James' original instructor?

What film that he has appeared in has been the most fun?
What film that he appeared in does he believe has the most impressive martial arts choreography?

Who has been his favorite Director to work with? Did this director have a vast knowledge of Martial Arts?

I don't have any questions for James, but I'd love to hear any on-set anecdotes he remembers about the making of the film. Funny things that happened, pranks that got pulled, anything he recalls.

I sent him a bunch of questions (including the ones above) yesterday. When he replies, I'll post the Q&A on the site.
