I didn't have time to do all the ones I wanted (I had 6 ideas), but I've come up with 4 of 'em, and here's the large versions before I crop & shrink 'em down to avatar size...

Woah, I gotta say... I am thoroughly impressed! Thanks for the effort! Which one should I use for my avatar is my only question now.

They're slightly crude (I'm not as much an expert as I would like to be) but I have two more ideas I'd like to throw together in the next few days if I can. Cool

Okay, here are the last few:

Okay, maybe this last one wouldn't make a great avatar, but you can't send me a pic of you with R. Lee Ermey and not use it somehow... Cool

Dude, you tower over him... and I always get the impression that he's NOT short by any means. Shocked

Ermey's the man... ask anyone who always watches the first half of Full Metal Jacket but always forgets to watch the second half. Wink

By the way, that's impressive to get a picture (shot from a video cam?) next to him. I imagine he wouldn't pose next to civilians... well, he might, but then he'd have to kill them. Wink

The Soldier thing has to go. Neither of us are in the Army. You are right about everything. It was a video camera. And He would have to kill you.

Let us all vote! I am way taller than Gunny... Im 6'4. Just a reminder Gunny Ermy did a hell of a lot more than just Full Metal Jacket. Yes it was the greatest though. Kubric actually let him be experimental with his lines. Letting anyone be improvisational is very rare for old Stan. Baz will back me up on this im sure.

No problem- I took it down. If you want, I can try to put your rank in there instead, if I can fit it in that caption bubble. Smile

(I didn't realize "soldier" is an Army-exclusive term...) Embarassed
