The quotes always get used by myself and friends who are familiar with the film.

In my career as a law enforcement officer, certain quotes are especially applicable.

"Or, check into a psycho ward, whichever comes first huh?" and "Relax, I'm here" get tossed out pretty often. Most folks don't get it.

Also, outside of work....a friend of mine and I were net-dredging a small canal. We had a large alligator gar rip the next. We cornered it and used 2 lines to get it to the surface so we could see just what was in the water with us (think prehistoric fish, about 5 feet in length with nasty big pointy teeth). Whenever we let it loose back down the drainage canal, my bud said "YOU WILL COME OUT NO MORE!" . I laughed and said "WHAT? What'll come out no more? DAMMIT."

I AM the Pork Chop Express when I talk on my CB or Ham Radio.

Very few people get it.

I find it even cooler when people don't get it. Brings me even more joy to think I alone know the secret of this great movie.

The other day my friend was describing some trouble he was having with a girl and I replied: 'I understand the troubles between men and women, and how seldom it works out.'
Another time I was in the rain and someone was complaining because they didn't like it. I accordingly said: 'A brave man likes the feel of nature on his face.'

Now THAT'S something I'd like to have. Unfortunately, the predominant sound you'd hear upon my approach are my knuckles dragging the floor.

Anyone know how to get the soundbytes to the phone as ring tones or alerts?

Try platform shoes. Wink

As far as ring tones, you'd need to download the sounds you want and transfer them to your phone via USB cable. Alternately, if you have audio-recording software, you could play the DVD and pull the exact sounds you wanted off the movie using the software.

Josh has several sound files available already:

Hope that helps. Smile

Don't you think it makes it even cooler that so few people get your quotes? It's like we have our own secret BTiLC society.

Welcome to the forum.

Like Son of Burton, I had no idea others appreciated this fantastic film as much as I. Very Happy

I find myself saying "are you crazy, is that your problem" to people all the time.
