So I've been contemplating this idea for a while. What do you folks think? When Escape From New worthless junk nobody wants is completed, do you think I should continue with a Jack Burton story?

Definately! I love your Jack Burton impression, but I hope that you make it even better if you do a story about Jack.

i was thinking a sequel story starring jack and his ex-wife as a potential love interest. i wanted to set the story in little italy new york and have jack go up against a the roman god of war- mars.

Sounds like a good time. Instead of Wang will he have a plucky Italian sidekick? An inspector perhaps.

"Italy is here, Mr. Burton."

"What does that even mean? Italy is here?"

Huh a Jack Burton adventure in little Italy I don't know if that will work I would much rather see it in little China ... but hey I trust you your films are always top notch!

Two questions:

What will the approximate running time be?
When will it approximately come out?

As for the song I RELY recommend this website

http://www.songstowearpantsto.com/

I don't know what your budget is but you can expect to pay around 50$ Canadian and he will make ANY song and make it perfect to your needs any style any song. I know most of the songs on his site are goofy but when it comes down to it he can write a complex dramatic song.

I have had him write a song for one of my films and it came out better then I expected.

I registered to say this so I'm a newbie to the forums! Very Happy

if the gods permit it, i will begin writing in august and hopefully film in september. who knows really?

since i could find the btlc font, i made my own graffiti font to go along with the little italy theme. what do you think?

nice work bender. thanks for sharing. so this is what i have for the story so far:

jack rolls into town and starts drinking with some of his east coast trucker buddies when his ex-wife, Tina Burton, crosses his path. the two of them have a rocky relationship, but jack still has a fondness for her. turns out tina is in trouble with the mafia and needs jack's help. one thing leads to another and jack finds out that tina's boss/boyfriend is trying to conjure the spirit of Mars, the roman god of war. if he is successful he will rain down unspeakable evil on the world and clearly, the only person with knowledge of defeating gods and monsters on his resume is jack.

whatcha think?
